Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 

Appointment Cancellations must be done by 6pm on the day that you receive your Appointment Reminder. (Emailed one day before your scheduled massage). This allows someone else the opportunity to book an appointment, when you cancel.

You will be charged a Late Fee of $45.00 for Cancellations after 6 pm.

It is your responsibility regardless, even if you do not receive an email reminder. To cancel your appointment no later than 6 pm, the day before your scheduled massage.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to miss their appointment with failure to notify for whatever reason will be considered a “No-Show.” and will be charged the full amount of their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly.
